Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 3, 2025

At Webster & Sons Pools & Construction, LLC, we strive to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

Deposits & Layaway Payments

  • Deposits and initial payments made for custom construction or pool projects are non-refundable, as they cover design time, planning, permits, and material procurement.

  • Layaway plan payments are also non-refundable, but they may be transferable toward other services or purchases within 12 months if canceled in writing.

Cancellations

  • Project cancellations must be requested in writing within 3 business days of signing the contract to be eligible for a partial refund (excluding administrative or planning fees).

  • After this grace period, all payments made will be applied toward the originally agreed scope of work and are not eligible for a refund.

Construction or Installation Issues

If you experience an issue related to workmanship or materials:

  • We offer a 30-day service warranty on all installations and labor.

  • Please contact us at (910) 434-8334 or email meghan@websterandsonsllc.com to schedule an inspection or repair.

  • Refunds are not offered for completed work, but we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Merchandise or Materials

If we sell stand-alone items (e.g., pool supplies or accessories), our return policy is:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase with receipt and unused condition.

  • Custom orders or special materials are non-refundable.

  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply for eligible returns.

No-Show or Missed Appointments

If you miss a scheduled consultation or service visit without prior notice:

  • A $50 rescheduling fee may apply.

  • Fees paid for on-site visits are non-refundable unless canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
