In 2017, Roger Webster founded his construction business with a clear vision: to carry on the proud tradition of craftsmanship passed down through three generations of builders in his family. As a licensed general contractor with extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction, Roger quickly earned a reputation for high-quality work, strong client relationships, and a hands-on approach to every project. His commitment to excellence and attention to detail became the foundation of a business built on trust and long-term results.

Driven by a desire to grow and diversify, Roger expanded into the pool industry in 2024, bringing the same standards of quality and service to custom pool design, construction, and maintenance. Recognizing a growing need in the community, Webster & Sons has set out to open a storefront on May 27, 2025. This location will offer in-store water testing, a wide range of pool chemicals, maintenance products, and essential pool supplies—further enhancing their ability to serve homeowners and businesses alike.

What truly sets the company apart is its commitment to staying family owned and operated. Roger’s sons, Jeremy and Jackson Webster, have officially joined the business, adding their own skills and energy while honoring the values that have defined the Webster name for generations. Together, the family continues to build with integrity, passion, and a deep respect for their craft.
